In compliance with the French tourist code (article D324-13), Le Clos des Moulins offers bed and breakfast service. Linen is provided. The owner-manager welcomes guests.

1 - Direct booking

1.1 By making a reservation on our website, you accept these terms and conditions of sale.
1.2 To book a stay, please provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the desired dates of stay, the number of occupants, and the numbers of a valid credit card.
1.3 Reservations are only confirmed once we have received confirmation of your booking and payment details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us on +33 671 21 17 93 or [email protected]

2 - Arrival policy
We welcome guests between 5pm and 8pm. For arrivals after 8pm, please contact us beforehand.

3 - Check-out policy
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30am at the latest. In the event of unauthorized late check-out, additional charges (€20) will apply.

4 - Rates and payment

4.1 Payment for the stay is made on site according to the terms and conditions indicated at the time of booking, such as the total amount, extras and applicable cancellation conditions. Cancellation and modification conditions vary according to the type of booking and rates selected.

4.2 Payment methods

  • Cash
  • Credit card (Mastercard or Visa)
  • ANCV Connect vacation vouchers
  • Bank transfer: payment by bank transfer must be received before the start of your stay.

4.3 Flexible rates
All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of arrival. No deductions will be made at the time of booking. Card verification will be carried out by pre-authorizing the credit card.
> Changes: For any modification concerning the number of people, or the dates of stay, please contact us directly +33 671 21 17 93 or [email protected]. We will try to accommodate you according to availability.
> Cancellation: No cancellation fees apply before 6pm (local time) up to 3 days before arrival. After this time, 50% of the reservation amount will be due.
> No-show: 100% of the reservation amount is due.

4.4 Non-cancellable rates
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the date of arrival. 100% of the amount will be taken at the time of your reservation.
> Changes: No modifications are possible for this rate.
> Cancellation: Cancellation fees correspond to the total amount of the reservation.

5 - Passenger responsibilities
5.1 Travelers are required to respect the rules and policies of the establishment during their stay.
5.2 Travelers are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the traveler.
5.3 Travelers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage.

6 - Responsibilities of the establishment
6.1 I undertake to provide you with a quality service and to make your stay as pleasant as possible. However, I cannot be held responsible for disruptions or incidents beyond my control.
6.2 In the event of any problem or complaint during your stay, please inform me immediately so that I can take the appropriate measures as soon as possible and remedy the situation.
