In one of the most agreeable parts of Poitiers, le Clos des Moulins was built by trader and grain merchant, Charles Orillard in 1856. The house has been completely renovated and welcomes you all year round, for both business and pleasure, for weekends or holidays. Free parking.
At the bottom of the garden, a troglodyte site can be found, containing a house, its outhouses, and a large quarry. It was lived in by Hilaire Gardien et Marie-Radegonde Guyonnet and their children from 1750 to 1790.
